CT agreement *updated 10-23-09*

I agree to create and post a minimum of three layouts per month showcasing Dirty Feet Designs products.

I agree each layout created for this purpose
will contain 75% or more of Dirty Feet Designs products.

I agree to register at the following sites Dirty Feet Designs sells at : Denim & Daisies, Scrap Bird, Commercial Creations & Scrap4You Shop.

I agree to enable each product I use at DST & Digi Scrap Addicts either in their praise game or CT enabling thread (you only have to choose 1).

I agree to create and post a minimum of one layout for each product I download during my term as a Creative Team Member for Dirty Feet Designs.

I agree to post the layouts I create for Dirty Feet Designs in a minimum of 3 galleries, Denim & Daisies (designer gallery), Scrap Bird (designer gallery) & DST and/or DSA.

I agree to not reveal information learned about products, product releases and/or other related business of Dirty Feet Designs, unless at the request of the designer herself.

I agree to respond to communication by Dirty Feet Designs in a timely manner.

I agree not to share, redistribute or otherwise participate in the piracy of products made by Dirty Feet Designs, or any other digital design work. If it is determined I am guilty of any of the above infractions, I agree to pay for the non-sale price (x3) of any and all products I received while on the Creative Team.

I agree I can resign, in writing, from my position as a Creative Team Member for Dirty Feet Designs at any time, however this may result in my being charged the full store value of the designs/downloads if I have not fulfilled my requirements with them at that time.

I agree that Dirty Feet Designs may change the terms of, or terminate, this contract at any time.

I signify I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, and furthermore, I have read and understand the associated Dirty Feet Designs Creative Team Requirements and Benefits.

I understand failure to adhere to the terms of this Agreement and/or the Dirty Feet Designs Creative Team Requirements and Benefits will result in my being charged the full store value of the products downloaded, unless otherwise noted.
